For more than twenty years, Phillip Kamutenga led multi-million dollar logistics, supply-chain, finance, and operations programmes across Africa, including high-stakes public health responses where a missed truck, a late decision, or an unverified assumption meant outcomes you could not undo.
That work demanded two things at once: the ability to solve emergency exceptions with speed, and the discipline to sustain robust systems behind the scenes.
